Our mission is to empower, inspire, and challenge Liberian youth in underserved communities to achieve success through mentorship, education, and vocational training programs. We aim to provide opportunities for young people to realize their full potential and become active contributors to their communities.

AOYL offers a variety of programs including the NextGen Liberia Leadership Camp, Empower Youths Speak Out Initiative, Elton Solee-Teah Legacy Scholarships, EmpowerHer: Boxing and Education Initiative, TechRise Liberia, and Read to Succeed: Liberia’s Literacy Leap. Each program is designed to address specific needs and empower youth through education, leadership, and skill development.

The scholarships are open to Liberian youth from rural areas who are enrolled or planning to enroll in a healthcare-related degree program. Applicants must submit an essay and provide proof of enrollment or acceptance into a recognized educational institution.
TechRise Liberia focuses on equipping young Liberians aged 16-24 with essential technology skills. The program addresses youth unemployment and the digital divide by offering training in basic computer skills, coding, web development, data analysis, and advanced specializations such as AI and cybersecurity.
EmpowerHer promotes girls’ involvement in boxing and education, challenging gender stereotypes. The program includes boxing training, first aid certification, referee and judges’ training, and partnerships with the Liberia Boxing Association and school PE programs. It aims to increase female participation in boxing, build confidence, and foster a supportive community for young women.
